By purchasing a membership online, you agree that the material furnished by the Foundation Center under its Associates Program is for your private use or for the internal use of your organization only. You further agree to restrict its circulation to authorized persons within your organization and that it shall not be adapted, reproduced, or sold for commercial gain. Foundation Center staff cannot suggest foundations or evaluate them as possible sources of funding, nor can we serve as a liaison between you and foundations or write proposals for you. Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
